Description
Wrapping machine with a production capacity of 45 pallets per hour.
- Structure: Bridge-type structure in welded tube and sheet metal.
- Wrapping Arm: Reinforced wrapping arm with pre-stretch film roll holder.
- Sealing Unit: Integrated sealing/cutting unit and automatic film clamping.
- Film Application: Automatic film application brush.
- Sealing: Hot melt welding system.
- Counter Plate: To ensure efficient welding on any surface.
- Safety: Safety guardrails.
- End of Film: End of film signaling system.
- Film Breakage: Film breakage signaling system.
- Electrical Panel: Electrical cabinet and control panel (IP54 protection).
Composition
- The bridge structure, specially sized to withstand high pressures, is supported by four lateral columns, and the rotation motor of the film roll holder arm is placed on the upper part.
- The wrapping arm, driven by a motor with an electronic control device, ensures a progressive start and a smooth stop. The vertical arm can be reclined 90° for easy transport, reducing installation time. Its composition and arrangement eliminate centrifugal force. The speed regulation is carried out by means of an electronic inverter, determining the level of overlap of the film spiral. The film roll holder is moved by a rotation arm, by means of a gear reducer with a current. Photocell to automatically recognize and determine the wrapping height.
- The cutting clamp group consists of two independent devices, pneumatically actuated. The clamp grips the film until the end of the wrapping, releasing after the second turn of the next cycle. The film is cut at the end of the wrapping by means of a blade, and the welding of the film tip is also actuated by a hot melt welder.
- Thanks to its action, the film gluing brush can guarantee a better adhesion of the film along its entire length.
- Safety nets mounted on all four sides of the machine prevent access to it during operation. An access door to the operations area is equipped with a safety switch that acts directly on an emergency stop. Optical barriers placed at the inlet and outlet of the pallets guarantee total safety around the entire perimeter of the device.
