Enesval Palletising Robot
Components of the Palletising Robot
Elements
The Enesval robot palletiser is designed to palletise almost any product, from all types of sacks, boxes, ice bags, it can capture trays of ice cubes and demould them, it can also palletise coils of strapping, packs, bottles…
Depending on the product to be palletised, we have designed a special gripper or clamp to ensure the product is handled with total safety.
It is composed of the following elements:
- Robot palletiser
- Control cabinet
- Programmer with 6D Joystick (KCP)
- Connection cable set
- KUKA software (standard)
- Documentation (standard)
- Specific software (optional accessories)

At Enesval, we have designed a special gripper for the robot to capture, lift safely, and deposit the product to be palletised in the exact position.
When it comes to palletising sacks, we have designed a double gripper specifically so that the palletising robot operates to maximise production.
Moreover, our palletising robots can palletise practically any type of product due to their great flexibility, as they can work with several different grippers, with automatic changeover. This allows for simultaneous palletising across multiple production lines with different products, such as boxes, sacks, jars, and packs. Absolute electromechanical reliability.
It features an electro-pneumatic opening and closing system.
The gripper combines two maneuvers: the first for grasping the sack and the second for centring it.
The purpose of centring when releasing the sack is to ensure it does not deviate from the drop-off point.
The gripper can work with sacks of different formats without requiring any adjustments.
