NET WEIGHT WEIGHING SYSTEMS

BGN Bagging Scale

DESCRIPTION

Bagging scale designed for dosing granulated or highly fluid products.

Production rate dependent on the product to be packaged (up to 700 bags/hour).

The scale features a free-fall or gravity feed system.

Scale suitable for paper, plastic or plasticised raffia bags.

Bag sizes from:
– 300mm to 650mm in width.
– 400mm to 1100mm in length.

For different sizes, please enquire about special manufacturing.
Operating voltage 380v, 50 Hz.
Power consumption 0.5Kw.
Minimum air pressure, 6 bar.
Pneumatic consumption 200 litres per minute.
Operating system using SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC with easily programmable SIEMENS KTP-700 touch screen.
SIEMENS-SIWAREX weighing module.
Utilcell load cells.

‘Monoblock’ construction (integrated electrical cabinet) which allows for considerable time reduction in assembly and subsequent commissioning.
Equipped with dust collection points in the areas most susceptible to dust creation.
The scale has access panels in both the upper and side parts to facilitate the cleaning process.

WEIGHING SYSTEMS

The weight is measured in a weighing hopper.
This hopper is suspended from three load cells that continuously read the weight and send the information to the weighing module.

Finishes. Primer and epoxy paint. (Other finishes to be evaluated).
The scale is supplied with an upper flange that should be fixed to the product feed hopper.

FEEDING SYSTEM

Product feeding is carried out using a double gate system, pneumatically operated.
A large section gate begins the weighing process up to approximately 80% of the total, and the other smaller section gate completes the weight, fine-tuning the measurement. Optionally, a small vibrator can be attached to handle the final fine-tuning of the weighing.
Both gates are adjustable.

This feeding system is highly recommended for products that flow easily and do not form lumps or clumps.

Automated Line for Animal Feed or Pet Food Bag Production – Enesval

If you’re involved in the animal feed or pet food sector, you’ll know that bagging and palletizing are key processes to ensure quality, safety, and profitability of your products. Automating your bag production line will allow you to optimize the entire process with maximum efficiency, reliability, and safety. At Enesval, we are manufacturers of industrial machinery, specialists in designing the best packing, palletizing, automation, and high-quality robotics techniques. What does this bag production line consist of? Firstly, I’d like to highlight the ease of operation where a single operator can manage the entire production line. Moreover, all our installations are noted for their robustness and minimal maintenance. Enesval – Envasados Especiales Valdemoro, SL, also offers a guaranteed 24-hour technical service to ensure our clients do not lose production time, and through our after-sales service, you’ll have direct contact with the responsible parties, without intermediaries. Now, let’s talk about what this automated line, customized for our client’s bag production needs, includes:
  • A bag storage unit: stores empty bags and supplies them to the bag placer, adjustable to different bag formats.
  • Bag capture is done using a vacuum turbine, more advanced than the Venturi system, reducing maintenance and capture issues.
  • Bag Placer: opens the empty bags and positions them on the bagging scale mouth through a mechanical system that stretches and opens them.
  • Bagging Scale: doses and fills the bags with the desired product, up to 50 kg per bag, working on gross or net weight.
  • Robotic Palletizer with #robotic #gripper: grabs filled bags and places them on pallets according to the set pattern.
  • Palletizing cell: features an automatic system for loading pallets and interlayers, with a roller path for safely removing the completed pallet.
This automation system reduces production time, optimizes available space, enhances final product quality, and improves safety. All these directly contribute to improving productivity and profitability, thereby increasing production capacity.

25kg Bag Production Line: Placer + Bagging Scale + Robotic Palletizer + Strapping Machine – Enesval

<span style=”color: #ffffff;”>Here’s the translation of the text into British English, maintaining the original structure:

What a 25kg bag production line, like the one in the video, can give us in the present and future; its capacity and efficiency, the time required to produce a bag, what our competition is doing and whether you will remain competitive, the selling price of the bag versus the cost of the line. And study whether it’s worth it.
And… it is worth it, of course it is. Let’s explain why.

First of all, we need to know: What benefits and advantages does automating a production line bring?
There are many differences when compared to a manual line.

1.- Greater speed and efficiency: Automation allows machines to work continuously and without rest, which increases the speed and efficiency of the production line.

2.- Greater precision and product quality: Automated machines are capable of performing tasks precisely and consistently, which improves the #quality of the final #product.

3.- Greater flexibility and production capacity: An automated production line can be easily adapted to produce different types of products and can increase production capacity compared to a manual production line.

4.- Improved work safety: Automation reduces human contact with dangerous machinery, which can improve workplace safety.

These are just some very clear benefits.

Now, ask yourself: what is your competition doing?

As you know, most companies choose to automate their production lines. The advantages described above make them more competitive, they can produce more and be more efficient, avoid time bottlenecks without producing, opt to produce in different formats, etc.

And now, comes the next question: Where do I start? How do I do it?

Let yourself be advised by experts.
