Gross Weight Weighing Systems

Bagging Scale BCB

Standard Dimensions

Description

Bagging scale designed for dosing granulated products and high-density powders.

Production dependent on the product to be packaged (up to 500 bags/hour)

Scale fed by belt conveyor.

Scale Suitable for paper, plastic, or laminated raffia bags.

Bag sizes from:

  • 300mm to 650mm wide.
  • 400mm to 1100mm long.
For different sizes, consult for special manufacturing.

Operating voltage 380v, 50 Hz.
Power consumption 2Kw.
Minimum air pressure, 6 bar.
Pneumatic consumption 200 litres per minute.
Operating system via SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC with easily programmable SIEMENS KTP-700 touch screen.
SIEMENS-SIWAREX weighing module.
Utilcell load cells.

‘Monoblock’ construction (integrated electrical cabinet) which allows for considerable time reduction in assembly and subsequent commissioning.
Equipped with dust collection points in the areas most susceptible to dust creation.
The weighing scale has access panels, both on the top and side to facilitate the cleaning process.
The weighing scale also has a small hopper in the rear interior for collecting any fine particles that may occur.

WEIGHING SYSTEMS

The product’s weight is measured at the filling spout of the scale.
This spout is suspended from three load cells that continuously read the weight and send the information to the weighing module.

Finishes: Primer and epoxy paint. (Other finishes need to be evaluated).
The scale is supplied with an upper flange that must be fixed to the product feed hopper.

FEEDING SYSTEM

The feeding system is carried out by means of a conveyor belt with side guides and product retainers that do not allow leaks.

Product feed control is achieved through a combination of two systems.

The first is the frequency inverter that acts on the gear motor, increasing or decreasing the speed as programmed.
The second is a vertical gate that ensures a stable flow rate.
When the weighing is finished, a gate closes completely to prevent material flow.

25kg Bag Production Line: placer + bagging scale + robotic palletiser + wrapper – Enesval

What are the benefits and advantages of automating a production line? There are many differences when compared to a manual line. 1.- Greater speed and efficiency: Automation allows machines to work continuously and without rest, which increases the speed and efficiency of the production line. 2.- Greater precision and product quality: Automated machines are capable of performing tasks precisely and consistently, which improves the quality of the final product. 3.- Greater flexibility and production capacity: An automated production line can be easily adapted to produce different types of products and can increase production capacity compared to a manual production line. 4.- Improved work safety: Automation reduces human contact with dangerous machinery, which can improve workplace safety.

Fully Automated Bagging and Palletising Line – Enesval

This line features a bagging scale fed by a conveyor belt. Weighing is carried out in the hopper, automatic bag placer, sewing conveyor with industrial sewing head, bag labeller, drag-chain palletiser with different roller conveyors that on one hand feed the palletiser through the pallet storage so that it never stops, and also detect when a pallet has been completed, so that it automatically advances to the automatic rotating platform wrapper. It is at this moment when the operator can remove the fully completed pallet with its load secured for storage.
