The operator will be positioned facing the Big Bag filler, from a platform or from the ground itself.
The Big Bag lift will be automatically positioned at the starting station (a station that will be programmed during commissioning). From this position, the operator will hang the handles of the BigBag and insert the valve into the filling tube.

Once this operation is completed, the operator will give the order to the system to start the cycle.
Once the Big Bag is hung and has the start order, the lift will ascend until it is positioned just below the filling area. At this point, the dosing unit begins to act, opening flaps, activating the auger or moving the belt depending on the type of dosing.

The operating mode is the one we have assigned in the formula. The standard is for the “high flow” to act until about 80% of the weight, leaving the “low flow” or “fine tuning” for the last 20%. All these parameters are configurable from the machine’s HMI.

Once the weighing is finished, the lift will descend to the programmed location to automatically deposit the finished BigBag on top of the pallet located in the lower part. Once positioned, it will automatically exit the filling area to position the lift again in the starting area to repeat the operation.

There is the possibility of programming a “base formation” in the formula. This consists of the lift automatically descending to rest on the pallet 1, 2 or 3 times to form the base of the BigBag once the weight reaches a previously configured value, thus avoiding any displacement on the pallet when it advances on the rollers.

Depending on the product to be dosed, it can be by gravity fall, auger dosing, or conveyor belt dosing.
The system operates with two functions:

• In the first position, feeding of the large flow occurs until about 95% of the big bag’s capacity is reached.
• With the second position, the product flow is significantly reduced to fine-tune the stopping point.

Both positions are adjustable to optimize timing and precision.
