High-Production Automatic Bagging Machine
ENN 1200 Automatic Open-Mouth Bagging Machine
High-Production Automatic Bagging Machine
Description
This is a high-production automatic bag placer.
Production dependent on the product to be packaged (up to 1200 bags/hour depending on the installed options).
Suitable for bagging paper, plastic or plasticised raffia bags.
Bag sizes from 300mm to 550mm wide.
500mm to 1100mm long.
For different sizes, consult special manufacturing.
Operating voltage 380v, 50 Hz.
Electrical consumption 12Kw.
Minimum air pressure, 6 bar.
Pneumatic consumption 800 litres per minute.
Operating system using SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC with 7″ SIEMENS KTP-700 touch screen, easily programmable.
“Monoblock” construction (integrated electrical cabinet) which allows for considerable time reduction in assembly and subsequent commissioning.
Equipped with dust collection points in the areas most susceptible to dust creation.
OPERATION
How does a high-production automatic bagging machine work? The bags are placed on an empty bag storage and are picked up one by one and taken to the filling spout.
The picking and opening system is by vacuum performed with a turbine.
Once the bag has been automatically placed on the spout, it sends a discharge signal to the scale for filling.
Coupled to the same spout is a stretching system that leaves the bag ready for the carriage to move it to the next station.
During the filling process, if the product requires it, it can be automatically tapped to facilitate compaction.
COMPOSITION
In high-production environments, reliability is essential. Any inconvenience or stoppage directly impacts economic losses. For this reason, trusting consolidated companies with experience in your sector is crucial.
We have the best solutions and techniques for industrial bagging to meet the current and future production needs of your line.
The high-production automatic bagging machine ENN-1200 is composed of the following elements:
1. Main Structure
Fabricated from folded carbon steel sheet, which supports all the elements. Characterized by its high robustness and simplicity of construction.
2. Empty Bag Storage Container
With a capacity for approximately 200 bags, depending on the type of bag. Manual adjustment system (via wheel) for different bag formats.
3. Vacuum Bag Pick-up System
Built from aluminum and carbon steel profiles, comprising a set of vacuum cups that allow adaptation to different formats with a simple movement. The vacuum is created using a turbine, which allows us to maintain a constant flow and avoid suction losses. Located at the bottom, this system has a blower that ensures optimal bag opening without snagging or losses.
4. Bag Lifting Arms
Allow the bag to be lifted to the filling mouth. Capable of automatically interpreting whether the bag has been picked up correctly or not. This allows us to avoid unnecessary movements and ensure correct filling. The ENN 1200 automatic bagging machine is equipped with a pneumatic adjustment system that allows for the lifting of different formats without mechanical adjustments.
5. Automatic Filling Mouth
Built from carbon steel. Equipped with a bag detection system in the mouth, which prevents product discharge without a bag or with a poorly placed bag. Adjustable for different bag formats and openings.
6. Bag Stretching System
Electro-pneumatic system that stretches the bag once filled. Equipped with a pneumatic adjustment system that allows for stretching different formats without mechanical adjustments.
7. Bag Compaction System
This system allows for compactation of the product inside the bag during filling. Ensures that the product is compacted in the bottom of the bag, ensuring homogeneous filling and stability on the transport belt. It is possible to adjust the intensity of the impact and the number of impacts through a small configuration change on the touch screen.
8. Traverse Cart Assembly
Fabricated from aluminum and carbon steel, the extraction cart ensures the bag is accompanied until it is completely sealed. Actuated by an electro-pneumatic system, once the bag is filled, cylinders with pistons perform the suction of the bag mouth and, through the cart’s movement, accompany it until it is introduced into the closure or sewing zone. Once the bag is secured in this area, the cart returns to pick up the next bag. Control via servomotor with configurations for stop, speed, acceleration, and deceleration from the touch screen.
