Description

Gross weight filling scale for valve bags with electronic digital weighing, suitable for products in powder or low granulometry, such as flours, cements, mortars, minerals, PVC, etc.

With a production of up to 8 bags per minute.

Feeding system by turbine, auger or fluidization.

Valid for all products that use this type of closure system. Suitable for industries that require a simple installation with considerable production.

COMPOSITION

  1. FEEDING SYSTEM
  • Composed of a 300mm diameter steel cylinder with its corresponding anchoring flanges.
  • Butterfly valve driven by a 100mm diameter pneumatic cylinder to create the necessary hermeticity for fluidization.
  • 80mm diameter sleeve valve with filter for decompression.

The pneumatic cylinder opens the butterfly valve, allowing the product to enter the feeding cylinder until it is full, and then fluidization is performed.

  1. FILLING TURBINE

This consists of a series of sleeve valves, a discharge cone, and a pneumatic distributor.

When the product is deposited inside the discharge cone, a controlled air pressure is circulated inside it, causing the product to be suspended. Once the bag is placed in the filling mouth, the large and small flow valves are opened to allow the product to pass through the filling mouth and be deposited inside the bag.

  1. LARGE AND SMALL FLOW VALVE

Sleeve valves positioned just before the filling mouth, controlled by the weighing module, capable of managing the amount of product that enters the bag. This value is previously configured in the filling scale’s weighing module.

  1. FILLING MOUTH

Conical piece where the bag is placed for subsequent filling. This piece is manufactured to measure for the size of the bag valve to be packaged.
