Bagging, palletising and wrapping of sacks with chemical products – Enesval

At Enesval, we are industrial machinery manufacturers and specialists in automating production lines for various industries and sectors such as food, agri-food, animal nutrition, mining, construction, chemical, and many others. Our solutions are characterised by the robustness and reliability of the packaging and palletising lines to increase production whilst being very easy to operate and requiring very little maintenance. In one of our projects, we have designed and dimensioned, according to our client’s needs, an automated production line for chemical product sacks, where at the end of the line there is a sack palletising robot capable of capturing two sacks at the same time, which it deposits, one by one, in the correct position on the pallet following a previously optimised mosaic design. The operation of this line is as follows: • An automatic sack placer captures the sack from its storage, opens it and prepares it for filling. • The chemical products are dosed by a net weight scale and packed by an automatic bagging machine. • The sacks are accompanied at all times so that an automatic sewing machine closes them. This process is very important, as we ensure that the sack sewing is completely straight. • A conveyor belt takes them to the palletising cell. • The sack palletising robot captures two sacks at the same time using a special gripper and deposits them one by one on the pallet following the programmed mosaic pattern. In addition, this palletising cell has a pallet storage and a slip sheet storage, which the palletising robot itself will capture and deposit automatically. • Once the pallet has been fully completed, it is transported by a roller conveyor to our automatic turntable wrapper, where the entire pallet is completely wrapped, securing the load for transport. With this solution, our client has managed to increase productivity, quality and safety in their packaging and palletising process.

Packaging, palletising and wrapping for high production of flour sacks – Enesval
