DESCRIPTION

Bagging scale designed for dosing powder products.

Production rate dependent on the product to be packaged (up to 400 bags/hour).

The scale features a screw feeder system.

Weighing scale suitable for paper, plastic or plasticised raffia bags.

Bag sizes from:
– 300mm to 650mm in width.
– 400mm to 1100mm in length.
For different sizes, please enquire about special manufacturing.

‘Monoblock’ construction (integrated electrical cabinet) which allows for considerable time reduction in assembly and subsequent commissioning.
Equipped with dust collection points in the areas most susceptible to dust creation.
The weighing scale has access panels in both the upper and lower parts to facilitate the cleaning process.

WEIGHING SYSTEMS

Weighing is done by a weighing hopper.
This hopper is suspended from three load cells that read the weight and send information to the weighing module.
Finishes. Primer and epoxy paint. (Other finishes to be evaluated).
The weighing scale is supplied with an upper flange that must be fixed to the product feeding hopper.

FEEDING SYSTEM

Product feeding is done with two progressively stepped screw conveyors to prevent material clumping.
One Larger than the other. This is because the smaller diameter screw performs the fine weight adjustments.
The screw speeds are controlled by a frequency inverter.
It has a pneumatic gate to prevent material “dripping”.

The bagging scale weighs the product and places it in the bag precisely, using sensors and a weight control system to ensure that each bag contains the exact amount of product. This allows for faster and more accurate packaging, which in turn improves the efficiency and quality of the packaging process. Subsequently, a conveyor belt transports the bag to the closing area, where a heat-sealing machine seals it completely, and to provide greater security and prevent it from opening, a bag sewing machine will sew it. The result is simply perfect.
