DESCRIPTION

Net weight bagging scale with conveyor belt feeding.

Designed for dosing granulated products and high-density powders.

Production rate depends on the product to be packaged (up to 500 bags/hour).

Weighing system suitable for paper, plastic or plasticised raffia bags.

Bag sizes from:
– 300mm to 650mm wide.
– 400mm to 1100mm long.

‘Monoblock’ construction (integrated electrical cabinet) which allows for a considerable reduction in assembly time and subsequent commissioning.
Equipped with dust collection points in the areas most susceptible to dust creation.

The scale has access panels both on the top and side to facilitate the cleaning process.
It also has a small hopper in the rear interior for collecting any fine particles that may occur.

WEIGHING SYSTEMS

The weighing is carried out in a weighing hopper.
This hopper is suspended from three load cells that read the weight and send the information to the weighing module.

Finishes. Primer and epoxy paint. (other finishes must be evaluated).
The scale is supplied with an upper flange that must be fixed to the product feed hopper.

FEEDING SYSTEM

The feeding system for this weighing system is carried out by means of a conveyor belt with side guides and product retainers that do not allow leaks.

Product feed control is achieved through the combination of two systems. The first is the frequency inverter that acts on the geared motor, increasing or decreasing the speed as programmed, and the second is a vertical gate that makes the flow rate stable.
When the weighing is finished, a gate closes completely to prevent material flow.

Automated line for the production of animal feed bags – Enesval

In one of our projects, we have designed and dimensioned, meeting our client’s needs, an automated production line for chemical product bags, where at the end of the line there is a bag palletising robot capable of capturing two bags at the same time, which it deposits, one by one, in the correct position on the pallet following a previously optimised mosaic design. The operation of this line is as follows: • An automatic bag placing machine captures the bag from its storage, opens it and prepares it for filling. • The chemical products are dosed by means of a net weight scale and packaged using an automatic bagging machine. • The bags are accompanied at all times so that an automatic sewing machine closes them. This process is very important, as what we achieve is that the sewing of the bag is completely straight. • A conveyor belt takes them to the palletising cell. • The bag palletising robot captures two bags at the same time using a special gripper and deposits them one by one on the pallet following the programmed mosaic pattern. In addition, this palletising cell has a pallet storage and a layer pad storage, which the palletising robot itself will capture and deposit automatically. • Once the pallet has been fully completed, it is transported by a roller conveyor to our automatic turntable wrapper, where the entire pallet is completely wrapped, securing the load for transport. With this solution, our client has managed to increase productivity, quality and safety in their packaging and palletising process.
