The ENN-700 high-production automatic bag placer consists of the following elements:

  • Main Structure: Made from folded carbon steel sheet, supporting all components. Known for its robustness and construction simplicity.

  • Empty Bag Storage Magazine: Capacity for approximately 200 bags, depending on the bag type. Manual adjustment system (via handwheel) for different bag formats.

  • Empty Bag Pickup System: Constructed from aluminum profiles and carbon steel, featuring a set of suction cups(*) for adapting to different bag formats with simple adjustments. Vacuum created by a turbine(*) ensures constant flow and prevents suction loss. Positioned at the bottom, this system includes a blower(*) to ensure optimal bag opening without snags or losses.

  • Bag Raising Arms System(*): Lifts the bag to the filling mouth. Automatically detects if the bag has been correctly picked up, preventing unnecessary movements and ensuring filling safety. The ENN 700 features a pneumatic adjustment system for lifting different bag formats without mechanical adjustments.

  • Automatic Filling Mouth(*): Made of carbon steel, equipped with a bag detection system to prevent product discharge without a bag or if the bag is misaligned. Adjustable for different bag openings and sizes.

  • Bag Stretching System: An electro-pneumatic system that stretches the bag after filling(*). Features pneumatic regulation for stretching various bag formats without mechanical adjustments.

  • Bag Compaction System(*): Allows for product compaction inside the bag during filling, ensuring homogeneous filling and stability during transport. Intensity and number of compactions can be adjusted on the touch screen.

  • Bag Guiding/Exit System(*): Electro-pneumatic system for controlled bag exit from the filling area, with no format adjustments needed. Ensures the bag remains stretched until the sealing area.

Bagging Line with Labeller and Palletising Robot – Enesval

Enesval’s comprehensive solution for efficient animal feed bag production. One of our many clients is a Portuguese company that has trusted Enesval’s expertise to automate their animal feed bag production line. The turnkey solution we have offered includes the complete automation of their production line. The feed bag production process begins with the automatic placement of empty bags in the bagging machine. This performs precise filling through its integration with the dosing scale. Once the bag has been filled with the exact amount determined for production, an automatic system closes the bag so that the closed bag then moves to the bag sewing machine, where a sewing head ensures the perfect closure of the already filled feed bags. At the same time as the bags are being sewn, a labelling machine performs individual labelling of each bag. A conveyor belt leads the bags towards the palletising cell, passing through a bag compacting machine beforehand. This process is very important to ensure that the palletising robot’s gripper will pick up a fully homogeneous bag, and it is in the small details where a company like Enesval stands out. Now, the bag palletising robot is responsible for capturing the bag and performing perfect palletising following the palletising pattern previously designed based on the different bag formats that need to be produced. When the palletising robot places the last bag of each pallet, and therefore, finishes its palletising, the complete pallet is transported by a roller conveyor to the wrapping machine. And at the same time that this operation is being carried out, the same palletising robot is capable of obtaining the next empty pallet from a storage area and placing it on the palletising area automatically using special grippers. In this way, production does not stop. While the previous pallet is being wrapped, the robot continues palletising the next pallet. Motorised rollers facilitate the exit of completed pallets from the palletising cell so that an operator can remove them and transport them safely to the warehouse quickly and in an orderly manner.
