Description
The main feature of the ENB 300 automatic bag placer is that the weighing takes place at the filling mouth. This is supported by 3 load cells that transform an analog signal into a weight value.

COMPOSITION

The ENB-300 Automatic Bag Placer consists of the following elements:
1. Main structure: Manufactured from folded carbon steel sheet, which supports all elements. Characterised by its high robustness and simplicity of construction.
2. Empty bag storage container: With capacity for approximately 200 bags, depending on the type. Manual adjustment system (via handwheel) for different bag formats.
3. Empty bag picking system: Constructed of aluminium profile, carbon steel and composed of a set of suction cups() that allows adaptation to different formats with a simple movement. The vacuum is created by a turbine() which allows us to maintain a constant flow and avoid suction losses. Placed at the bottom, this system has a blower() which ensures optimal bag opening without snagging or losses.
4. Automatic filling spout: Constructed of carbon steel. Equipped with a bag detection system at the spout, which prevents product discharges without the bag or with the bag incorrectly positioned. Adjustable for different openings and bag formats.
5. Bag stretching system: Electro-pneumatic system with which we stretch the bag once filled(). Equipped with a pneumatic regulation system with which it is possible to stretch different formats without making any mechanical adjustments.
6. Bag compaction system: This system allows compaction of the product inside the bag at the time of filling. It will ensure that the product is compacted in the lower part of the bag, which will ensure homogeneous filling of the bag as well as its stability on the conveyor belt.
7. Bag guiding/exit system: Electro-pneumatic system that performs a controlled exit of the bag from the filling area. No adjustment is needed for format changes. This system will be responsible for supplying the bag in a stable manner and without losing the stretch until the closing area.
It is possible to adjust both the intensity of the stroke and the number of strokes through a small configuration change on the touch panel.
